Selection of paintings by Erich Engelbrecht. The paintings belong to the works of his first creative period between the end of the 1950s and the mid-1960s and thus to his first works ever.
The first paintings were executed in Bielefeld, later he was able to work with larger formats in Melle. Some works were also executed during his winter stays in Locarno. Erich Engelbrecht used both wooden panels and canvases as painting supports.
